ARMENIAN TOWN

Armenian Town, In the block bounded by Ventura Avenue, "M" and "O" streets, and Freeway Route 41, is a 10 acre master planned development providing a gateway to downtown.

Plans for what is now the "O" Street diagonal include a 5-8 story 120,000 square foot office building. and other improvements. The site plan will be created in such a manner as to allow for future development as the market warrants.
