Escrow closed and title transferred for the sale of two parcels for the subsequent development of nine affordable single family homes as part of a 36 afforable, single family housing development by the Developer, Spradling Construction, Inc. Demolition and site clearance of the Agency conveyed parcels has been completed by the Devleoper and construction of new housing development has begun.
