To foster redevelopment efforts, the Agency has established partnerships throughout Fresno County that include numerous organizations such as the Chinatown Revitalization Incorporated (CRI), the Downtown Association (DTA), the Uptown Committee, Fresno City and County Chamber of Commerce, the Economic Development Corporation (EDC), and the Fresno Revitalization Corporation (FRC).

The FRC is a public-private partnership funded by the Agency to provide private sector input. The FRC's mission is to restore community pride by stimulating the revitalization of downtown and redevelopment areas into a vibrant business environment.
