Redevelopment Project Coordinator

The Agency is working on over 20 concurrent projects with over a half-billion dollars devoted to downtown and is committed to achieving success. The Agency and other community-based organizations, in concert with city staff and civic leaders, are moving toward fulfilling the collective vision of a vital, thriving Downtown.  

The Project coordinator will coordinate facade and building improvement programs including assistance to property owners and developers, needs assessments, procurement of services, design review, and marketing assistance. 

2+ years experience in commercial banking, real estate development, urban planning or construction management. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for required education on a year for year basis.  Bachelor's Degree in Business, Urban Planning, or Social Science required. Recent grads in appropriate fields are encouraged to apply.

Starts between $4016 & $4899/month + excellent benefit package.
