UCSF Medical Education Research Center - $27 million center with teaching
facilities, library, resource center and auditorium.
Magnet School, Fresno Unified School District, developed around a medical
theme for the area north of the campus.

Phases I & II have been completed, paving the way for 3,500 new jobs
adding to the 3,017 existing jobs.
