Parking

The Agency assisted with, and helped fund plans and studies leading to the construction of the 5-story, 1583 stall parking garage on the Convention Center Lot, completed in 2005 in conjunction with the opening of the Federal Courthouse.

 

 

Construction started in 2004 by CCSI for a major office building and parking garage at Tulare and "O" Streets. This project was completed in October 2005. The Agency monitored the agreement for compliance and implementation.
